Ribes Tech srl is a company that produces and commercializes flexible and cost-effective photovoltaic (PV) films.

We combine the expertise in molecular electronics of our founders with the industrial know-how of OMET Srl, share-holder of Ribes Tech and world-leader producer of printing machines. This enabled the development of an innovative and scalable production process for flexible photovoltaics.

Our PV modules are printed in mass volumes on cheap plastic foils in any shape or color. They are flexible, recyclable and extremely lightweight: their unique features make them an environmentally friendly energy-harvesting solution for wire-less device integrations.

Ribes Tech identifies its high potential in the emerging market of the Internet of Things. In 2025 the installed base of low power wireless connected devices will exceed 10 billion and billions of objects in a network all share one common need: energy independence. The market requires off-grid and wireless energy sources like our product as enabling technologies.
